Grand Star Party - BAS and Sheratons Astronomy Club

The Bangalore Astronomical Society and Sheratons Astronomy Club are conducting the Grand Star Party at the JGI Global Campus on the 31st of December 2011 and 1st January 2011. The Details of the event are as below:

- Nature of the Event: Large scale-public Star Party
- Agenda: A small talk on the night sky will be given by volunteers followed by public observation through telescopes
- Arrangements : Transport and food arrangements for particpiats are made.However all participants are requested to get their own bedding (Eg: sleeping bags) and lots of warm clothing. We advice people to carry personal medication.Food and beverages from outside is not allowed at the Venue.
- Registration: Registration for the event can be done at the below mentioned link
- Payment of Registration fee: Registration fee of Rs 200/night of participation needs to be paid by cash at the Jain College Campusm, V.V. Puram, Bangalore.If you are unable to visit the Jain College campus, then please call the event cordinator (Akshay) for assistance
